Contract review with no operating layer.
Contract review rarely happens in one clean system. Requests arrive through email, documents live in Word, status is remembered by people, and external redlines keep changing the shape of the work.
Goldwind needed the work to stay close to the tools people already used, while making it easier to track, route, and control — without pretending the whole process could be replaced.

We introduced a structured intake path, a SharePoint source of truth, automated routing for internal reviewers, and AI assistance through Copilot for review preparation, comparison, and summarisation.
AI was given narrow jobs while accountable owners stayed in control. Legal kept ownership of the templates, exceptions, and final approval gates, and unusual terms routed back to owners instead of being hidden.
